One of the main activities of LEADS is training and development primarily focused to the poor and
marginalized people and community facilitators. LEADS strives to reach to the poor people who are
in need and distressed to fulfill their needs by conducting various practical and vocational training
activities. All the training activities are developed based on the adult learning principles which are
conducted in participatory learner-centered approach.
