LEADS works with an aim to end the suffering of men, women and children with mental illness, disability and their carers. Socio-economic empowerment of Carers and community mental health programmes are implemented in three rural districts of Nepal where villages are remote, almost entirely inaccessible by road, and distances are still measured in the number of days to walk.
We are working to give hope and rights to the thousands of people who struggle daily with poverty, lack of treatment and the stigma surrounding them.
